ROYAL ROVER BOARDING KENNELS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All dogs require proof of vaccination, a certificate shown on check in indicating a minimum C5 administered within the last 12 months and not less than 7 days prior to boarding.
  2. If veterinary attention is required, the owner is liable for all expenses, in the event of serious illness or injury where the owner cannot be contacted, the veterinary surgeons decision will be final.
  3. All dogs must be treated on arrival and then monthly for fleas, if needed, dogs will be treated with either Frontline or Advantage at the owner’s expense. Your dog needs and deserves every protection from fleas in a boarding environment.
  4. We will always attempt to contact the owner in the event of an animal not being collected within 14 days of the nominated departure date, however, if the owner cannot be contacted, the animal will be disposed of at Royal Rover’s discretion. All monies owing, including fees and costs relating to disposal, shall be payable by the owner forthwith after receipt of Royal Rover’s advice as to the amount thereof. If the costs are not paid as provided above, legal proceedings will be instigated without further notice.
  5. All boarding fees must be paid for in advance. Special arrangements can be made with Royal Rover for dogs boarding for periods longer than 30 days.
  6. Royal Rover reserves the right to refuse any animal’s stay and no reason will be given.
  7. Royal Rover shall not be held responsible for any damage or injuries caused to any of the animals staying at their kennels other than as a result of the willful or negligent acts or omissions by Royal Rover or its employees.
  8. The fully booked period will be charged.
  9. Boarding rates are charged per calendar day.
  10. During the Christmas Period a seven day minimum will apply.
  11. During the Easter Period a six day minimum will apply.
