CARE FOR YOU PET
WALKS PLAY TIME LITTLE DOGS
Little dogs have plenty of access to an exercise area, in fact if they all get on well and there are no entire males and females mixing, they have full access to their grassed area all day. It’s great to see them sharing toys and playing “chase me Charlie” around the kennel block. Little dogs don’t get as many walks as their larger friends simply because they get so much playtime but they are walked every couple of days and have the opportunity to swim in our dam.
DIET
Here at Royal Rover, we like to feed a good quality, well known dry food, we feed dogs here on Super Coat. Fresh water is of course always available, all food bowls are washed daily. Please feel free to bring special treats and we will give them out accordingly.
BIGGER DOGS
Depending on your doggy’s temperament they either have time in an exercise yard on their own or with a couple of suitable friends, they really enjoy their romps and wrestles!Once a day the bigger dogs go for a walk on a ten meter lead, the more energetic dogs can really let off steam, it’s not uncommon to see a hyper Border Collie doing ten meter laps around it’s handler whilst walking the property boundaries! All dogs have the opportunity to swim which they enjoy. We have very little trouble with excessive which I put down mainly to feeding fairly late and plenty of exercise.
